Whitehaven Weeks of Speed Festival: Rural Museum Demonstration Day
The Whitehaven Weeks of Speed Festival concludes with Gunnedah Rural Museum Annual Open Day - Bring the family out and travel back in time to pioneering days. Loads to see - Vintage Engines - Tractors - Tractor Pull - Model Trains - Collections and more. Open from 9.00am til 3.00pm - Entry is gold coin $1.00.
Gunnedah Agricultural Show
The annual Gunnedah Agricultural Show will be held over three days with live entertainment, carnival rides, art, animal nursery, horses, cattle, chooks, showbags and more! Something for the whole family.
North-West Autumn Classic Championship Dog Shows
North-West Autumn Classic - 3 Day Championship Dog Shows - Dogs of every breed compete for top dogs Best in Show and prizes in all divisions. See 'toy' dogs to 'working' dogs and everything in between. Gunnedah Kennel Club Grounds - April 25-27, Spectators welcome.
Historic Kurrumbede Homestead Open Day
Join the Dorothea Mackellar Memorial Society and Whitehaven Coal at Historic Kummumbede Homestead Open day.
The public are invited to dress in early 1930's costume for a Garden Party on the rolling lawns of Kurrumbede at the annual Open Day and relive the days when Dorothea would visit the family farms.
Gunnedah Poultry Club 12th Annual Poultry Auction
The Purebred Poultry Auction, young bird sale will be held at the Gunnedah Showground Poultry sheds on Saturday May 31 2025. Entry is Free for the public, so why not pop in and take a look!
